Role Description

The Entry Level Frontend Developer will support the creation and maintenance of user-facing features for client websites and digital experiences. In this full-time remote role, the developer will implement responsive layouts, translate design mockups into clean, accessible code, and assist in optimizing site performance and usability. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and other developers, troubleshooting UI issues, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The developer will also help with basic integrations, updates to existing web properties, and contribute ideas to improve the overall user experience and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design for modern, accessible user interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles, including version control and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts is a plus for collaborating on full-stack projects.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue) is beneficial.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow established coding standards, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Relevant coursework, bootcamp training, or a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
