The Role

We're looking for an Entry-Level Web \& SEO Specialist to join our team in person at our Broken Arrow office. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn both web design and SEO from the inside of a fast-growing agency. You'll get your hands on real client projects from day one and learn how websites and search actually work together to grow a business.

Here's what the day-to-day looks like:

• Learning and executing on-page SEO strategies for local service businesses
• Assisting with WordPress website builds using Divi and Elementor
• Running website health audits and helping fix technical issues that hurt rankings
• Writing and optimizing content with real keyword strategy behind it
• Supporting the SEO team with research, reporting, and client deliverables
• Learning how Google Business Profiles, local search, and organic rankings all connect
• Communicating with clients directly about progress and updates

What We're Looking For

This is an entry-level role. We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to learn!

• No experience required. Seriously. If you're the right person, we'll teach you everything
• Any familiarity with WordPress, SEO, HTML, or CSS is a bonus but not a dealbreaker
• You're curious. You Google things before you ask. You dig in instead of giving up
• Strong attention to detail. Small things matter in this work
• Good communication skills. You'll talk to real business owners
• You're organized and can manage multiple projects without things falling through the cracks
• A degree is not required
