Epicor Business Analyst
Hybrid in Southern California
Hands-on hybrid role supporting and optimizing Epicor Kinetic to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day ERP support, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users.
- Gather requirements, implement updates, and configure modules to optimize workflows.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice guidance.
- Monitor system usage and data integrity, collaborating with IT and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
- 3\+ years Epicor experience with on-site support and configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate with local and remote teams.
