Equipment Director

This role oversees managers, engineers, and technicians across multiple equipment modules and is accountable for driving operational excellence and equipment performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams supporting all equipment modules.
• Own site‑level KPIs for Equipment Availability.
• Ensure full compliance with Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and reliability standards.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets with a focus on reducing cost.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and oversee vendor service agreements, balancing cost efficiency with risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 15\+ years

of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.

• 5\+ years

in a director‑level or senior leadership role within a fab environment.
