What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive equity research, developing high-conviction investment ideas and model portfolio recommendations.
• Play an active role in shaping portfolio strategy through contributions to the Investment Committee.
• Design and execute proprietary research approaches, staying ahead of market trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to rigorously evaluate prospective investments.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals to craft compelling client presentations and reporting materials that clearly articulate investment theses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5\+ years of investment management experience, with a strong foundation in equity research.
• CFA designation strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with sound decision-making and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex investment ideas to both internal stakeholders and clients.
