ERP Implementation Consultant

We support our clients through three core service areas: executing implementation projects, driving continuous improvement and optimization, and rescuing and revitalizing at-risk implementations.

The Day-to-Day:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, system design, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Configure and customize ERP modules, ensuring integration with existing IT infrastructure and third-party systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, or other enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute data migration plans utilizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues promptly during all phases of implementation.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support related to system performance, load balancing, network security (VPNs, firewalls), and cloud security measures on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among developers, system administrators, business analysts, and end-users to ensure smooth project delivery.

We are Looking For:

• Experience implementing systems; or utilizing business systems within the Manufacturing Industry (ideally in a business analyst or financial role)
• Expertise in ERP and cloud technologies; NetSuite or Odoo preferred
• 2\+ years of experience working with clients in a consulting or client-facing role
• Demonstrated expertise in building \& presenting training materials

The Details:

• This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage projects and client relationships from anywhere.
• Periodic travel onsite may be required, with the goal that it will not exceed 25% of the time.

Pay: $80,000\.00 - $100,000\.00 per year
