Job Description
Staff having skill set in
- Should have worked at power/ petrochemical project site (minimum 3 Years)
- Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings, prepare method statements.
- Aware of formwork systems being used in Construction Industry
- Has handled finishing works - Brickwork, plastering, water proofing, D\&W, flooring, false flooring , false ceiling, etc.
- Handling subcontractor, monitoring productivity and progress, sub contractor billing.
- Preparing joint protocols, inspection and certification from client and timely quantity certification for invoicing
- Aware of safety procedures and implementing in project site.
- Execution of works as per FQAP and method statements.
- Preparing 3 months, monthly, weekly \& daily progress report and ensuring progress as per the report.
- Coordination with all other departments for seamless execution
