Job Description

About Conversant Solutions

Conversant Solutions is a 30-year-old management consulting firm based in Boulder, Colorado. Our mission is to awaken the world to the power and joy of authentic human connection—setting a new standard for leadership that produces meaningful, enduring impact. We partner with organizations to build thriving, mutually supportive cultures through executive coaching, strategy consulting, and leadership development programs. Our clients include Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations. Internally, we value being human with one another, supporting individual growth, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role. Most work is conducted remotely via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, with required in-person presence for:

  • Annual company retreat
  • Select client programs and deliveries (approximately three weeks per year)
  • Monthly coworking days in Boulder

Role Overview

The Project Manager / Executive Assistant (PM / EA) is a dual impact role that combines executive partnership with disciplined project execution. This role serves as a trusted partner to Conversant’s Founder and also its CEO, supporting these two senior leaders who engage differently and require thoughtful, adaptive support.

In addition to executive support, this role plays a critical client‑facing and hospitality‑oriented function, helping ensure that client interactions, programs, and in‑person experiences reflect Conversant’s standards of presence, care, and professionalism.

Success in this role means:

  • Both senior leaders are freed to focus on the highest‑value work only they can do
  • Internal and executive‑led projects move forward with clarity and momentum
  • Clients experience Conversant as organized, attentive, and exceptional in how we show up

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant

· Provide proactive, high‑judgment executive support to both the Founder and the CEO, adapting to distinct working styles, preferences, and rhythms

· Manage executive calendars end‑to‑end, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions

· Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing executives with professionalism, warmth, and discretion

· Design and support high‑quality meetings and executive experiences (agendas, materials, logistics, follow‑through)

· Maintain shared context across conversations, commitments, and decisions for both leaders

· Support executive presence in client‑facing settings, retreats, and in‑person programs

· Manage travel, expenses, documents, contacts, and files with operational rigor

· Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment at all times

Project Management

· Plan and execute company offsites and leadership retreats (typically 1–2 per year)

· Program‑manage high‑touch (“white glove”) client experiences, including timelines, dependencies, communications, and follow‑through

·

Identify risks, surface issues early, and proactively resolve challenges

· Partner closely with consultants, and executives to ensure seamless client delivery and logistics

· Anticipate risks and resolve issues early—especially those that could impact client experience

· Communicate proactively and directly to keep work moving and stakeholders aligned

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or hybrid operator who thrives in a high-touch, client‑facing professional environment. They are skilled at supporting senior leaders with different styles, priorities, and ways of engaging while taking pride in helping leaders and clients alike feel well‑held. They are proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable balancing strategic executive support with detailed execution.

This person brings a strong hospitality and service mindset to their work, communicates with clarity and warmth, and understands that how we show up with clients is just as important as what we deliver. They are calm under pressure, highly organized, and energized by supporting a small, relational, and values‑driven organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple complex, interdependent priorities with strong judgment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
  • Colorado-based (Denver/Boulder area preferred) with ability to attend required in-person events
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm MT, with flexibility as needed

What We Also Value
