About the Role
Executive Director – Inpatient Behavioral Health We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a dual-diagnosis inpatient behavioral health treatment program in Florida. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, clinical excellence, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall success of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical, medical, administrative, and support departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a strong culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure high-quality care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Oversee staffing, budgets, performance metrics, census goals, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain compliance with Florida regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Partner with clinical, admissions, business development, and executive leadership to support continued growth.
Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC.
- Previous leadership experience within behavioral health, substance use disorder, or mental health treatment.
- Senior operations leadership experience within an inpatient behavioral health treatment center strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, compliance, staffing, and performance management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.

Pay range and compensation package
$110,000 - $150,000
