Due to continued success, our client is looking for a
hands-on Director of Marketing
to take full ownership of the marketing function. This is a true
“player-coach” role,
ideal for someone who enjoys both
strategy and execution
and wants to make a direct, measurable impact.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Own and execute
all marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Lead
events, digital campaigns, email, social, PR, and collateral
- Track and optimize
campaign performance in HubSpot
- Manage
lead generation programs, vendors, and marketing budget
- Partner closely with
Sales, Product, and Operations
to drive growth
- Oversee 1-2 direct reports while remaining highly hands-on
Relevant Experience:
- 7\+ years in
B2B marketing
(tech, SaaS, telecom, or connectivity preferred)
- Strong
execution mindset -
comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Experience with
marketing analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to
drive pipeline and measure impact
