Responsibilities:

The ideal

Principal R\&D Scientist

will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop new products, formulations, and processes while generating data to support product performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results, preparing technical reports, presentations, and summaries while maintaining high standards of data integrity and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial groups to support development projects, scale-up activities, technology transfers, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, operating procedures, environmental requirements, and quality systems while maintaining laboratory equipment, materials, and records.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization, enhancing testing methods, and staying current with emerging technologies, scientific advancements, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Principal R\&D Scientist

will have the following skill set:

• PhD in either Polymer Science, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemistry
• 10\+ years of industry experience with polymer-based materials used in electronics
• Background in either semiconductor packaging, electronic materials, advanced adhesives, or polymer composites
