Job Description
Aware, a global leader in biometrics, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support and advance our product portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with Product leadership to help shape strategy and drive execution across key initiatives. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, evolving security challenges, and biometric technology to deliver impactful solutions.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving progress - bringing together cross-functional teams, customer insights, and data to move products forward and deliver measurable outcomes.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and help drive product strategy, vision, and business cases in partnership with Product leadership
- Identify market opportunities through deep understanding of customers, competitors, and industry trends
- Support definition of product positioning and differentiation within the adaptive authentication and biometrics space
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and uncover unmet needs
- Translate insights into actionable product requirements, use cases, and user stories
- Continuously evaluate product performance, usage, and market fit
- Drive product roadmap planning and execution, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact and business value in partnership with the Senior Director of Product
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality capabilities with speed and efficiency
- Lead planning sessions, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to move product initiatives forward
- Support product launches in collaboration with product marketing, marketing, legal, and leadership
- Contribute to development of collateral including whitepapers, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Act as a product advocate internally and externally to build awareness and understanding
- Contribute to business performance through product insights, pricing input, and alignment with sales efforts
- Leverage AI-driven tools and data insights to enhance product decisions, workflows, and outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7\+ years of professional experience in Product Management
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmap execution
- Experience working in agile/lean development environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executive leadership
- Track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships
- Experience in biometrics, identity, authentication, or security-related products
- Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into products or leveraging AI tools in product workflows
- Some travel will be required
Salary Range: $125,000 to $162,000
