Role:
Scrum Master W2 Role
Contract: 12\+ Months Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Fully onsite
Required Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
- Proven ability to run multiple concurrent teams or projects.
- Strong command of Agile frameworks and hybrid approaches (Scrum / Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and release pipelines.
- Ability to adapt frameworks to fit the work not the other way around.
