About Company
Terrafirma manages commercial condo associations across the Scottsdale area, currently serving 35 properties, built on a boutique model where owners get personal attention instead of being treated as an address on a spreadsheet. The firm has grown entirely through referral, without ever running a marketing campaign, because clients trust the team enough to send their own network. The accounting seat is part of what makes that trust possible: accurate billing and clear communication are what keep the reviews reading like thank-you notes. If you want steady, detail-driven work at a firm that's still small enough for your work to be visible, this is where you'd start.
