Salesforce Developer

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience developing and configuring within Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura.
• Skilled in Salesforce Flows and process automation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and sharing rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and/or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions and influencing design and implementation decisions.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification.
• Experience transitioning solutions from third-party vendors to internal teams.
• Background working in public sector or healthcare environments.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
