Chief Technology Officer

CTO / CPO – AI \& E-Commerce SaaS \| Stockholm

A high-growth AI SaaS company is looking for a rare hybrid leader to take ownership of both Product and Engineering as they enter their next stage of scale.

Backed by top-tier global investors and already operating at significant scale, the business is building AI-driven technology transforming how modern e-commerce companies handle product discovery, merchandising and customer experience.

This is not a traditional “manage from the sidelines” CTO role.

The company is looking for someone highly opinionated, commercially minded and deeply technical, someone capable of defining product direction, shaping engineering culture and turning applied AI into measurable customer and revenue impact.

The Role:

• Own the product and technology strategy end-to-end

• Work closely with the CEO and commercial teams to align roadmap with growth

• Lead and scale high-performing engineering and product teams

• Drive execution speed, accountability and technical excellence

• Make key decisions around architecture, scalability and AI application

• Operate with a founder mentality in a high-ambition environment

Requirements

:

• Previous experience as a CTO, CPO, VP Engineering or VP Product within a scaling SaaS company

• Strong background in B2B SaaS, AI and/or e-commerce technology

• Proven ability to scale teams and products in fast-growth environments

• Commercially driven mindset with strong product instincts

• Deep technical understanding with the ability to challenge architecture and engineering decisions

• Comfortable operating in high-performance, fast-moving cultures
