At BairesDev®, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years. We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.
Our diverse 4,000\+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.
When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary. We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.
Technical Content Writer (NET Specialist) at BairesDev
We are looking for a part-time, contract Technical Content Writer specialized in the Microsoft stack, with a strong focus on .NET technologies and enterprise environments.
This role requires writing 1–2 long-form ghostwritten articles per month for senior technical audiences (not basic guides and tutorials), optimized for SEO without sounding generic or promotional.
The scope is focused on the .NET ecosystem, particularly C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core across real-world Microsoft environments and use cases. Experience with legacy Microsoft systems, including VB.NET and older ASP.NET applications, is a strong plus.
You must be able to research complex backend concepts, validate claims, and translate engineering reality into clear, structured articles with practical examples grounded in enterprise-level Microsoft stack implementations.
What You'll Do:
- Write 1-2 .NET-focused long-form blog articles per month, typically 1,500–2,500 words unless otherwise specified.
- Convert complex backend topics into practical, readable guidance with clear structure, examples, and trade-offs.
- Ensure technical correctness by validating terminology, architecture claims, performance/security statements, and gotchas.
- Incorporate SEO fundamentals naturally, including search intent alignment, headings, internal linking suggestions, and meta title/description suggestions if requested.
- Revise drafts based on editorial feedback while preserving accuracy and clarity.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience writing long-form technical content for engineering audiences, such as blog/editorial, not brand copy.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, especially C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. Experience with legacy Microsoft systems, including VB.NET and older ASP.NET applications, is a plus.
- Ability to independently research, sanity-check, and cite sources while avoiding unverified claims.
- Clear, direct and advanced English proficiency suitable for a professional engineering blog.
Must-haves:
- Proven ability to write long-form .NET engineering content for senior technical audiences. Portfolio required.
- Demonstrated senior-level thinking: can explain trade-offs, constraints, and failure modes, not just definitions.
- Deep expertise in enterprise-level Microsoft ecosystems, including legacy applications and large-scale team environments
-Strong understanding of backend concepts within the .NET ecosystem (APIs, architecture, performance, etc.).
- Ability to research efficiently and maintain technical accuracy with no unsupported claims or invented metrics.
Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive and make a significant impact!
