to play a key role in shaping product reliability and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

where you’ll own testing across complex workflows, contribute to automation, and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

What You’ll Do

Manual \& Functional Testing

• Lead manual and exploratory testing across new features and integrations.
• Build clear, structured test plans and documentation that support release quality.
• Validate complex, real-world workflows across multiple systems.
• Own end-to-end testing of customer-facing features and partner integrations.

API \& Backend Testing

• Act as a go-to resource for API validation using Postman (request chaining, scripting, environments).
• Partner with engineers to troubleshoot backend issues (logs, payloads, authentication, data validation).
• Ensure integrations are stable, reliable, and scalable.

Automation \& Tooling

• Contribute to automated testing efforts using Playwright and JavaScript.
• Build targeted tests to strengthen regression coverage.
• Help shape what gets automated and influence long-term testing strategy.

Collaboration \& Quality Ownership

• Work closely with Product and Engineering from the early stages of development.
• Bring a quality-first mindset to planning, design, and delivery discussions.
• Advocate for the end user, ensuring intuitive workflows and reliable integrations.

What You’ll Bring

• Commercial experience of QA or software testing.
• Strong background in manual and exploratory testing (web applications).
• Experience creating detailed test cases and documentation.
• Hands-on API testing experience (Postman or similar tools).
• Exposure to automation (Playwright/JavaScript preferred but not required).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues using logs, debugging tools, or developer collaboration.
• Experience working with integrated or multi-system environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience using browser dev tools or network inspection tools.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background working on SaaS or integration-heavy products.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
