A well-established enterprise in the Dallas area is looking for a talented Microsoft Fabric Architect to join their growing data organization. This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape the foundation of a modern, unified analytics platform and directly influence how the business leverages data at scale. Hybrid schedule with flexibility.

What you'll do:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Fabric — OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI
• Define medallion architecture patterns, data modeling standards, and enterprise governance frameworks
• Drive migration efforts from legacy platforms (Azure Synapse, ADF, SSIS) to Microsoft Fabric
• Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reliable data pipelines and semantic models
• Establish best practices, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers across the data team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality, security, and performance at scale

What you bring:

• 7\+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering
• Hands-on, production experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Strong proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and Azure data services
• Deep understanding of lakehouse design, Delta Lake, and dimensional modeling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation \& Details:

• $130,000–$160,000\+ depending on experience
• Hybrid — Dallas, TX (local candidates preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the US (US Citizen or Green Card holder); we are unable to provide visa sponsorship
