About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven

Senior Procurement Manager – Luxury Skincare \& Prestige Beauty

to lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for premium skincare, prestige beauty, and fragrance categories.

This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, identifying new brand opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring product quality and compliance, and optimizing sourcing strategies to support rapid business growth in the U.S. beauty distribution market.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with

luxury skincare brands, prestige beauty distributors, international suppliers, and wholesale/retail channels

, with a deep understanding of the U.S. beauty industry ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing \& Procurement

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for

high-end skincare, prestige beauty, cosmetics, and fragrance brands

across domestic and international markets.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, manufacturers, and brand partners aligned with business growth strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

luxury skincare brands, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label manufacturers

.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, exclusivity agreements, rebates, and supply contracts to maximize profitability and supply continuity.

Vendor \& Brand Management

• Manage supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Develop strategic partnerships with global vendors and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and periodic performance reviews to ensure product excellence and reliability.
• Collaborate with prestige beauty brands and distributors to secure competitive product portfolios and exclusive opportunities.

Market Intelligence \& Product Sourcing

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and emerging innovations in the

luxury skincare and beauty industry

.

• Identify high-growth categories and premium skincare brands to expand assortment strategies.
• Stay current on market developments in

K-Beauty, European luxury skincare, clean beauty, anti-aging, dermaceutical, and prestige wellness products

.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with

sales, merchandising, operations, logistics, finance, and marketing teams

to support product launches and inventory planning.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and category planning initiatives.

Compliance \& Risk Management

• Ensure sourcing activities comply with

FDA regulations, cosmetic labeling requirements, import/export compliance, and quality standards

.

• Monitor supplier risks, supply chain disruptions, and cost fluctuations to maintain business continuity.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and vendor records.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above

in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.

• 5\+ years of procurement, sourcing, or buying experience

in

luxury skincare, prestige beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care industries

.

• Proven experience working with

beauty distributors, wholesale channels, international vendors, or premium beauty brands

.

• Strong knowledge of

high-end skincare products, beauty ingredients, packaging, and market trends

.

• Demonstrated success in

supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization

.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment

.

Preferred

• Experience working with

prestige beauty distributors, fragrance wholesalers, or luxury skincare brands

.

• Existing network of

beauty vendors, distributors, or brand partners

in the U.S., Europe, or Asia.

• Familiarity with

ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

.

• Experience sourcing from

Europe, Korea, Japan, or emerging global skincare markets

.

• Multilingual abilities (English required; Mandarin is a plus).
