Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
- Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
- Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Valid Tennessee teaching license in English Language Arts 6-8, 6-12 English Language Arts OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
Compensation \& Additional Info
- Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000\.00
- Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
