Overview

Our team is hiring a detail-oriented, entry-level Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to pull and interpret data, build reports and dashboards, and turn raw numbers into insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is an ideal role for someone with a data analytics background who wants to grow into a business-facing analyst career.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business reporting needs
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to pull data independently rather than waiting on engineering
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and summarize findings for business stakeholders
• Document data requirements and support the design of reporting deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to understand reporting and analytics needs
• Support ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to recurring business reviews
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Responsibly use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate summaries and first-draft analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, filtering)
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Exposure to a BI/visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail

Pay: $70,000\.00 - $85,000\.00 per year
