What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as Scrum Master for two or more software development teams in an Agile or SAFe environment
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team-level PI planning activities
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure healthy backlogs and clear priorities
  • Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity
  • Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self-organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice
  • Ability to articulate outcomes and challenges faced by teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or similar
  • Familiarity with Kanban or Scrumban methodologies
