Note: This is a 100% offshore position. Candidates must be located outside of the United States.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic offshore startup environment. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various non clinical domains. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, HR sourcing, and relationship management to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your proactive approach will help drive our company's growth by ensuring we attract the best talent worldwide. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our hiring success while working in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-clinical roles (operations, support, and administrative positions).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs, etc.).
  • Build candidate pipelines for recurring and future roles, ensuring timely outreach and communication.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs, KPIs, and job success profiles.
  • Conduct detailed screening and initial interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and alignment with Josi’s mission.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, communication logs, and recruitment metrics.
  • Refine job postings to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Report on key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, sources of hire, conversion rates) to guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for startups or fast-paced remote teams.
  • Ability to manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination independently.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to design and track KPIs, interpret recruitment data, and recommend process improvements.
  • Private, well-equipped home workspace with reliable internet.
  • Resourceful and proactive; you take initiative and adapt quickly.

  • Willingness to work primarily EST or PST hours, including occasional weekends if needed.

Pay: $600\.00 - $1,000\.00 per month
