Job Title: Business Analyst - Cards
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Cards to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in HPS (High-Performance Solutions), Visionplus, and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance card products, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Card Lifecycle Management:
Oversee and analyze all stages of the card lifecycle, from product development and issuance to transaction processing and customer support.
- Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements specific to card products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- System Analysis and Enhancement:
Work with HPS and Visionplus systems to identify opportunities for improvements, resolve issues, and implement enhancements that optimize card services.
- Data Analysis:
Analyze card performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to derive insights and recommendations for product improvement and innovation.
- Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing processes related to card issuance, transaction processing, and customer service, recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure that new functionalities and enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all card products and processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or banking sector, with a focus on card products and systems.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HPS (High-Performance Solutions) and Visionplus systems.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle, including issuance, processing, and customer support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in card payment systems and related technologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
