Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to define data requirements

Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation

Conduct statistical analysis to support business strategies

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices in data analysis

Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

5\+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role

Strong proficiency in SQL

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R

Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling

Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and storytelling with data

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
