Job Description

  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data.
  • Synthesizes results into meaningful reports, scorecards, and dashboard tools.
  • Develops and maintains performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
  • Conducts regular data mining and extraction from multiple sources.
  • Retrieves, organizes, validates, and delivers data to support research study protocols, preparatory reviews, and feasibility cohort queries.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]
  • Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
  • Initiative to work independently (self-direction) and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness [Required]
  • Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]

Field Of Study

  • Honest Broker Certification (HB) [Preferred]

$54,230\.45 - $100,875\.88
