tl;dr: We need someone cracked who can figure out how to grow PicPet in the US. Must move fast, test everything, kill what doesn't work.

What is PicPet?

#1 app in Taiwan (500K users, revenue-generating). a16z speedrun backed. You raise a virtual pet with your best friend/partner by feeding it photos. Proven product, scaling up in the US market.

What You'll Do

Paid Ads:

Run Meta \+ TikTok campaigns. Test 30-50 creatives/month. Scale what works, kill what doesn't. Manage ad budget ($10K-50K/month).

UGC Program:

Recruit and manage 20-50 creators. Build a creative testing framework. Turn UGC into ads.

Growth Strategy:

Build experiments, track metrics (CAC, LTV, retention), and find what scales.

You're a Fit If:

You're scrappy

• comfortable with chaos, building from scratch

You have creative intuition

You're data-driven

You've run paid social for consumer apps

(bonus: Gen Z products)

Bonus: You're a creator

(TikTok, IG, YouTube) - even if small

Not a fit:

You need structure or hate ambiguity

Comp

Base:

$60K-120K (based on experience)

Bonus:

Up to 200% of base (tied to hitting CAC/retention/download targets)
