In-House Multimedia Content Creator

About the Role:

Dhanani Private Equity Group is seeking a creative and experienced Photographer \& Videographer / Video Editor to join our marketing team in Houston, Texas.

This individual will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality photo and video content for our corporate branding, social media, real estate portfolio, marketing campaigns, and company events.

This is a full-time, in-house position requiring an on-site presence Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with additional evening and weekend availability as needed. This is not a freelance, contract, or remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional photography and video content for marketing, branding, and social media.
• Photograph and film company events, executive interviews, office activities, grand openings, and commercial properties.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Edit and retouch photographs, including color correction and enhancements.
• Produce polished videos incorporating sound design, captions, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and content strategies.
• Organize and maintain photography, video footage, and production equipment.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and accommodate revisions as needed.
• Travel to company properties and events for content production.

Qualifications:

• 2\+ years of professional photography, videography, and video editing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro required; Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional last-minute filming requests.
• Must be available on-site Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with evenings and weekends as required.
• Professionalism when working with executives, employees, investors, and clients.
• Photography portfolio and video demo reel required.
