We're working with a tech-driven healthtech innovator dedicated to bringing transparency and AI-powered efficiency to healthcare payments on this exciting opportunity.

We are looking for a high-impact Data Engineer to build and optimize scalable data solutions using Python, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. You will play a pivotal role in driving better healthcare outcomes by reducing system waste through robust data architecture and automated workflows.

The Role

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes within a high-volume Azure environment.

• Design and implement system architecture and data flow strategies using T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

• Perform complex data wrangling, including ingestion, transformation, and cleaning, to enable advanced AI and analytics applications.

• Lead peer code reviews and collaborate with software engineers to ensure data consistency across the product suite.

• Create custom reports and data visualizations for internal stakeholders and external healthcare partners.

What You'll Need

• 3\+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, specifically working with large-scale data warehouses.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and Azure Data Factory for ETL development.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud-based data architecture (Microsoft Azure preferred).

• Familiarity with healthcare data governance standards (HIPAA/security protocols) and industry-specific datasets.

• Experience with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Red-Gate, and Agile methodologies.
