As we accelerate our growth and expand our market presence, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate Transform9's brand awareness, drive demand, and support business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to ensure alignment and maximize impact across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Transform9's platform and services
- Oversee brand management and positioning to differentiate Transform9 in the healthcare technology market
- Lead content creation, digital marketing, events, and demand generation initiatives to drive lead acquisition and customer engagement
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing tactics
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and support go-to-market strategies
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships to optimize ROI
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and effectiveness, using data to refine strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute diverse initiatives and foster innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS marketing
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing budgets, external agencies, and cross-functional teams
