Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer at Wevosi.com will provide strategic leadership, define company vision, and drive growth in the energy-focused AI solutions market. This full-time hybrid role is based in Tyler, TX, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing finance and operations, setting and executing business and go-to-market strategies, and leading sales and partnership initiatives with key energy sector clients. The CEO will manage senior leaders, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and ensure the company delivers innovative, market-ready AI products. The role also involves representing Wevosi.com to investors, customers, and partners, and aligning resources to achieve long-term profitability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic and business leadership skills, including Strategic Planning and Business Planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and scaling technology or industrial businesses.
• Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial performance.
• Proven success in Sales, business development, and building customer-focused growth strategies.
• Experience in the energy, oilfield services, or industrial technology sectors is highly beneficial.
• Background in AI, SaaS, or workflow automation platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with clients and investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent executive experience is preferred.
