Job Description

The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for directing all site supply chain activities including planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations to support uninterrupted production of precision needle grinding and cleanroom assembly operations. Responsible for end-to-end material flow, S\&OP alignment, and cost optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement planning, scheduling, and S\&OP processes to align demand, supply, and capacity
  • Own site S\&OP execution including demand review, supply planning, and inventory strategy
  • Manage receiving, warehouse, and shipping teams, ensuring efficient material flow
  • Oversee inbound receiving processes including inspection coordination and traceability
  • Ensure compliant and on-time outbound shipping of finished goods
  • Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and material control processes
  • Manage procurement of raw materials and critical components
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships and performance
  • Ensure supply chain compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery
  • Drive improvements in lead time, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, especially for critical materials
  • Support new product introductions and sourcing strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop the procurement, planning, and warehouse teams

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Lead position should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain with 3\+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of S\&OP and production planning processes
  • Experience managing warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations
  • ERP/MRP system experience
  • Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and supplier relationships
