Hi, we're Speks, a Brooklyn-based product design company creating premium sensory products for teens and adults. We sell globally across wholesale, retail, and DTC, and we're growing fast.

We're looking for an experienced Logistics \& Fulfillment Manager to own forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across our business. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time — and play a central role in shaping how we plan as a company.

This is a full-time and hybrid role based in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

What You'll Own

This isn't a coordinator role. You'll be the operational owner of everything that moves — across two warehouses, two channels (B2B and DTC), and a network of 3PL and carrier partners.

3PL \& Warehouse Management

• Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL partners
• Enforce SLAs on order processing, inventory accuracy, and receiving speed
• Lead quarterly business reviews and define the metrics that matter
• Manage new warehouse onboarding — SOPs, systems, compliance readiness
• Travel to our 3PL warehouses in PA at least once a quarter, and when needed.

Transportation \& Freight

• Coordinate inbound ocean/air freight and outbound parcel/LTL/FTL
• Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance
• Build and execute a cost strategy that scales with the business

Inventory \& Fulfillment Accuracy

• Oversee inventory transfers between warehouses and rebalance DTC vs B2B stock
• Track and report on fulfillment performance: misships, shortages, damages, backlog aging
• Own 3PL invoice reconciliation and flag cost variances to Finance
• Share forecasts with 3PL partners and ensure capacity is ready before demand hits
• Lead inventory reconciliation within Cin7 and 3PL

Retailer Compliance

• Own routing guide knowledge for all active big box retailers
• Ensure warehouse execution meets retailer standards — and prevent chargebacks before they happen

Systems \& Reporting

• Own WMS data integrity and the Cin7 ↔ Shipmonk ↔ RJW  integration
• Deliver a weekly fulfillment health report to the Director of US Operations
• Build the dashboards and reporting cadence that keeps leadership informed — proactively
• Invoice Reconciliation

What We're Looking For

• 5\+ years in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or a closely related ops role
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL relationships and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with WMS platforms (Shipmonk a strong plus) and inventory systems (Cin7 a plus)
• Experience with retailer routing guides and chargeback management
• International freight coordination experience (ocean/air) alongside domestic parcel/LTL/FTL
• You build dashboards. You track numbers. You flag problems before they become fires.
• You communicate clearly — with warehouse teams, carriers, finance, and leadership
• Consumer goods, wholesale, or retail experience is a strong plus
• You're energized by a blank page, not intimidated by it

Compensation \& Benefits

• Salary:

$90,000/year

• Bonus:

Discretionary year-end bonus based on individual, department, and company performance

• Health:

Company covers 50% of medical premiums and 100% of dental and vision

• Retirement:

401(k) with 50% company match on the first 6% of salary

• PTO:

10 days annually \+ comp days for weekend work travel

• Location:

Hybrid - Once or twice a week in our Brooklyn NY (DUMBO) office.
