Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance to leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with company goals

Lead employee communications for product launches, feature announcements, and corporate priorities

Craft compelling messaging to empower leaders and reach intended audiences effectively

Collaborate with stakeholders across software, payments, financial services, and engineering teams

Champion communication practices that foster an inclusive, supportive hybrid workforce

Coach and influence leaders and teams on best practices for internal communications

Qualifications \& Requirements

8–10 years of corporate communications experience (employee/internal communications required)

Experience communicating financial technology initiatives, product launches, and feature announcements

Experience supporting company-wide strategic messaging and change management

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Experience with executive messaging, slide design, and narrative development

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
