An established manufacturing organization is seeking an

Engineering Manager

to lead plant-level engineering activities and support ongoing production and program execution.

This role will oversee a team of engineers and work closely with operations to improve processes, support new work, and drive overall performance within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting manufacturing and production processes
• Oversee new product and process introductions into the plant
• Drive improvements in efficiency, throughput, and overall plant performance
• Partner with operations to resolve production and process-related issues
• Support new business activity including costing and feasibility
• Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget
• Promote continuous improvement across engineering and production

Qualifications

• 8\+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership experience within engineering or operations
• Experience supporting production, process improvement, and project execution
• Background in high-volume manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
