Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist for a mid sized financial firm in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a mid to large firm, preferably in the financial or legal industry. The focus will be on training and development, recruitment and employee relations- must have experience doing investigations.

The role is hybrid but must have flexibility to work fully onsite some weeks as needed, and will pay to 120k plus bonus and fantastic benefits.

Must have experience with Workday.
