As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to help accelerate hiring across key corporate, operational, and leadership functions.

Position Summary

The Senior Contract Recruiter will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions.

This is a 3 to 4 month contract assignment.

This individual will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can effectively manage multiple searches simultaneously while supporting hiring decisions and recruiting strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

  • Partner with executives, department leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for corporate, professional, and all level positions across departments including:
  • Finance \& Accounting
  • Technology
  • Marketing
  • Retail Operations
  • Store Operations
  • Merchandising \& Buying
  • Inventory Planning
  • Supply Chain \& Logistics
  • Human Resources
  • Corporate Support Functions
  • Conduct intake meetings and establish candidate profiles, competencies, and hiring criteria.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback collection, and offer processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employment branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting professional, corporate, and leadership-level positions across multiple business functions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within retail, ecommerce, consumer products, technology, media, logistics, or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience supporting leadership-level and executive recruiting initiatives.
  • Experience working within a rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and talent market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
