About the Track

NGI: Content Creation \& Marketing prepares Denters to design content

with marketing intent

. Youth develop real-world skills while working toward Adobe Certified Professional: Content Creation \& Marketing using Adobe Express and Canva credentials. Projects include mock clients or short-term campaigns that mirror professional marketing work.

Ideal Coach Profile

The NGI Coach is a skilled content creator and marketer who understands not just how to design content - but

why

it works. They can coach youth to think strategically about audience, purpose, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to general BoB Coach responsibilities, the NGI Coach will:

• Teach foundational content creation and marketing skills
• Coach Denters in using Adobe Express and Canva as tools -not the end goal
• Support youth in creating campaign-based content, including:
• Reels and short-form video
• Still graphics and visual assets
• Naming conventions and file organization
• Design principles and brand consistency
• Guide Denters in:
• Content calendars with clear goals and calls-to-action
• Basic marketing tactics and audience engagement strategies
• Measuring engagement and iterating based on feedback
• Prepare Denters to present marketing campaigns clearly and professionally
• Prepare youth to earn the Adobe Content Creation \& Marketing Credential

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in content creation and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Adobe Express and/or Canva
• Experience teaching content creation and digital marketing
• Experience creating content for brands, organizations, or campaigns
