Skilled Careers is supporting one of the Middle Easts leading fit out contracting firms is the search for experienced and driven Project Manager to join its expanding project delivery team.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Project Manager or a strong Construction Manager looking to take the next step into a PM position with a highly respected contractor delivering high-profile fit out projects across the Kingdom.

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will lead project teams on site, manage subcontractors and suppliers, maintain programme and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will play a key role in coordinating between clients, consultants and internal departments while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high standard of delivery throughout all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of fit out projects
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Develop and maintain project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Manage client relationships and attend regular progress meetings
• Coordinate with design, commercial and procurement teams throughout the project
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during delivery
• Prepare project reporting and updates for senior management
• Drive productivity and maintain high standards across all areas of project delivery

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered projects across a variety of sectors including:

• Hospitality
• Residential
• F\&B
• Retail
• Education
• Commercial and mixed-use developments

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the construction industry
• Strong background delivering high-end fit out and interior projects
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Middle East experience is highly desirable
• Candidates currently based outside the region who are open to relocating to Riyadh are also encouraged to apply
