We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, User Experience UX/ Service Designer to join our Tech - Product Management \& Design team. This role is located in London, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies by demonstrating expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience that supports the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, utilizing data to optimize user interfaces and interactions.
• Advocate for the end user by integrating feedback and insights into the design process, ensuring that all digital products meet user needs and expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in user experience practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in User Experience or Product Design are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to leverage data and user insights to drive design decisions and improve user experience.
