HVAC Apprentice

• Compensation: $22-$30 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Assist lead HVAC installer with daily tasks, including loading equipment and preparing for scheduled jobs
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory
• Help complete invoices, timecards, and required documentation
• Actively participate in HVAC training, morning meetings, continued education, and company events
• Support installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
• Able to lift 75\+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures
• Ability to climb ladders frequently throughout the day
• Comfortable working in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
