Job Description
Robert Half's Permanent Placement Division is hiring for an exciting entry-level Benefits Administrator position with a client located in Tampa, FL!
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support a full suite of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)), and ancillary benefits
- Ensure accurate maintenance of benefits data across HRIS and benefits administration systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims issues
- Provide clear, timely, and professional guidance to employees via phone, email, and internal communication channels
- Educate employees on benefit offerings to support informed decision-making
- Assist in developing and distributing benefits-related communications and materials
- Maintain and update benefits administration platforms to ensure accurate plan offerings and eligibility rules
- Guide employees through self-service enrollment tools and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices to ensure accuracy of enrollments, premiums, and employer/employee contributions

Qualifications:
- 2\+ years of benefits administration experience
- Intermediate Excel skills including hands-on use of formulas, data sorting and other similar-level functions
- Payroll systems and software use highly preferred
- Eager to learn additional functions within the benefits field highly encouraged to apply
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
