Responsibilities
Strategic Roles \& Responsibilities: -
- Identifying key business opportunities in the domestic segment.
- Development of new customer and sectors for domestic business. Analyze and understand customer's requirement and offer them best solutions to meet their requirement.
- Achieve target revenues \& optimizing sales effort.
- Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all enquiries received.
- Maintain long-term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization.
- Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry.
Operational Responsibilities :-
- To work closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread.
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
- Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
- Conduct basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as wells identify new customers.
People Management: -
- Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.
- Coordination with Team Members.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Regular Graduate.
- Preferable MBA in Marketing \& Sales.
Experiences
- 6\+ Years in the domain of Logistics \& Supply chain Sales, Operations \& Key Accounts Management.
