As part of our Global HR Learning \& Skills Development team, we are looking for a Global Manager Learning \& Skills Development. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize a variety of global learning and leadership development initiatives - from content creation to stakeholder engagement - playing a key role in enhancing the impact, consistency, and visibility of our training programs across the firm.

How You Will Create An Impact

  • Design, coordinate and implement global learning programs (live/digital) for Consulting and Central Functions, collaborating closely with global and regional business leaders, regional HR, internal supporting teams, SMEs and external vendors to ensure high-quality, scalable, and consistent global delivery within a matrix organization.
  • Analyze learning needs with HR and business stakeholders, translate skill-gaps into high-impact leadership and learning solutions aligned with company strategy and future business requirements, ensuring buy-in across functions and geographies.
  • Together with internal and external stakeholders, design and evolve learning experiences using modern, learner-centric modalities (e.g., virtual facilitation, modular learning nuggets, gamified learning, blended journeys) to enhance relevance, engagement and measurable outcomes across regions.
  • Use learning analytics, participant feedback and KPIs to assess program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and lead targeted enhancements to content, facilitation and learner experience.
  • Manage external trainers and vendors: identify, onboard, maintain partnerships, negotiate contracts and ensure quality, consistency and cost-efficiency in your programs.
  • Plan capacity, scheduling and budget for your assigned programs, ensuring operational efficiency and financial discipline.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, audience-appropriate communication related to learning and coaching programs – including participant information, stakeholder updates, and leadership briefings – to ensure alignment, engagement, and adoption across regions and seniority levels.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 5\+ years of experience in learning and development or training program management, with proven experience designing and managing multi-region programs, for example in the areas of cultural onboarding or consultant/ commercial skills training, ideally within a global matrix and professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Experience facilitating engaging learning sessions and workshops in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong cross-cultural communication skills; effective in virtual, global collaboration.
  • High conscientiousness, strong eye for detail and talent for organization.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills; able to balance strategic design with executional rigor.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with interactive learning formats and technologies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); German proficiency is an advantage.
