Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Social to serve as a senior creative and hands-on maker within the PepsiCo Creative Studio. This role is designed for a social-native creative who can concept, create, and execute work that is platform-first, culturally fluent, and built to perform in real time.

You'll be leading a team of content creators making social first creative at scale - production knowledge and obsession over social analytics are a must. Ensuring work for PepsiCo’s iconic beverage brands, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Gatorade and many others.
Responsibilities
Social-First Concepting:
Develop creative ideas designed specifically for social platforms. Ideas that feel native, timely, and culturally connected.
Hands-On Creative Execution:
Lead the making of social content across formats, including short-form video, series, creator collaborations, and reactive moments.
Creator Collaboration:
Work closely with creators and influencers to shape content that feels authentic, entertaining, and brand-right.
Platform Craft:
Apply a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to ensure content is built for how people actually consume and share.
Social Media Excellence:
Have a deep knowledge and hunger for understanding the platform features, algo nuances, and cultural implications across core and emerging social platforms to build creative for how people actually consume and share.
Creative Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior creatives, freelancers, and makers, offering clear feedback and raising the bar on craft and thinking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with social strategy, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively.
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure all work aligns with brand voice, tone, and standards while still pushing into new creative territory.
Presentation \& Selling:
Help present work internally and to clients with clarity, confidence, and creative rationale.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250\.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 6–9 years of creative experience with a strong focus on social and digital content
- Portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking and execution
- Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, and trends
- Experience working directly with creators or talent
- Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Collaborative mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
