Job Description

Regional Operations Manager – South Auckland

The Opportunity

As Regional Operations Manager, you will lead a multi-site portfolio across South Auckland, driving:

  • Sustainable growth of services in your region
  • Operational excellence at scale across a distributed network
  • High-performing, engaged teams delivering consistent quality outcomes
  • Enduring school partnerships that strengthen community impact

You’ll lead through others: developing your Programme Leaders into strong operational leaders, while maintaining a clear line of sight to performance, risk, and opportunity across your region.

Who You Are

You’re a commercially astute, people-centric leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading distributed teams across multiple sites or regions within a fast-paced, service-based industry, preferably within the childcare/ education or OSCAR (Out of School Care) sector.
  • A strong track record of delivering operational and financial results
  • The ability to translate strategy into execution at the ground.
  • Confidence in stakeholder leadership
  • Experience delivering to compliance standards and quality frameworks, and risk management.
  • A leadership style that builds trust, collaboration and ownership
  • Continuous improvement and systems thinking
