Product Manager

to join our team. You will support app release management, localization, and developer platform operations, while gradually building your skills toward full product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1\. App Release Management

• Manage Android releases on Google Play and major OEM app stores, including submission, publishing, staged rollouts, and rollbacks.
• Prepare and maintain release notes and checklists; coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely launches.
• Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., crash rate, app non-responsive rate, user engagement, retention), identify anomalies, and follow up on resolutions.
• Configure and send in-app update notifications; track user reach and upgrade conversion performance.

2\. Multi-language \& Localization Management

• Maintain and enhance automatic translation systems, improving language and terminology consistency.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure localized content complies with local laws and app store policies.
• Review translation accuracy, identify issues, and drive corrections.
• Oversee the integration and release of multilingual resources across product builds.

3\. Developer Platform \& Notification Management

• Monitor shared mailboxes and third-party developer portals; forward notifications to relevant owners and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage developer accounts and access permissions, including creation, modification, and revocation.
• Ensure account management processes are compliant, secure, and transparent.

4\. Career Development Path

• Participate in product planning, user research, PRD, and prototype reviews under mentor guidance.
• Conduct data-based analysis and version retrospectives to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Gradually take ownership of small-scale projects or modules, progressing toward a full Product Manager role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background preferred (Computer Science or Electronics).
• 3\+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Quick learner, able to master tools and workflows efficiently.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) for documentation and stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-have

• Experience publishing apps on Google Play or OEM app stores.
• Understanding of Android app release processes.
• Experience in multilingual or localization projects.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Jira or other collaboration tools.
