Job Summary:

The Creative Lead at Delhivery is a visionary role responsible for driving the creative direction of the marketing team. This position oversees a talented team of designers, video editors, and content writers, ensuring cohesive and compelling brand storytelling across all marketing channels. The Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and narrative identity of the company, driving engagement and enhancing brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company’s brand vision and marketing objectives

Content Development:

• Guide the creation of engaging and compelling content across various formats, including visual, video, and written content.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and creativity.

Brand Stewardship:

• Maintain and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Continuously evaluate and evolve the brand’s visual and narrative style to stay current and relevant.

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor a team of designers, video editors, and content writers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

We’re looking for:

• 8\+ years of experience in a creative role within a marketing or advertising environment, with a proven track record of leading creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, video production, and content creation.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
• High proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing and content management tools.
