Job Description
This role requires a deep understanding of both AI and Data technologies and Business Strategy to guide clients in aligning their technology initiatives with their business goals. The Business Architect will facilitate strategy engagements, lead discovery and analysis sessions, and work closely with clients to explore and define their AI and Data needs driving business transformation. They will also collaborate internally with other practices, AI technical architects and consultants, Sales teams, to ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client objectives and business drivers.
AI Strategy Development:
- Leading client workshops to develop AI strategies that align with their business transformation objectives.
- Guiding clients in identifying key areas where AI can drive value.
- Providing strategic advice on AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
Discovery and Needs Assessment:
- Conducting discovery workshops to understand client challenges, opportunities, and technology landscapes.
- Facilitating discussions to explore clients' business processes and identify potential AI-driven improvements.
- Collaborating with clients to map out technology needs in relation to their business objectives.
- Working as part of the sales engagement team as an AI and Data expert.
Solution Design and Alignment:
- Partnering with Technical Architects in the AI and Data Practice to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, integrate with clients' systems and align with long-term goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing strategic guidance.
- Effectively Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Thought Leadership:
- Collaborating with internal teams, including solution \& technical architects, engineers, and project managers, sales organisation to deliver AI strategy proposals.
- Staying current with AI trends and tools, applying this knowledge to client projects and identifying innovation opportunities.
- Contributing to thought leadership through the creation of whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.

Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a business or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (especially in the Contact Centre area) and their business applications.
- Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Successful record in supporting sales organisations achieve their goals.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
